Darlington’s Waterfront Trail provided the ideal setting for children, parents and caregivers to explore and learn about nature and the environment during this year’s Tuesdays on the Trail program. With over 1,000 species of plants and animals making the Darlington site their home, our three biodiversity-focused programs – Nutty About Nature (July 7), Dragonfly Hunters (July 14) and Bug World C.S.I. (August 11) – provided the opportunity to learn and experience what the life of a tiny bug, a winged dragonfly or a furry fox might be like on the trail.
